Instructions for Writing Sample
You need to send the handwriting in the below format as much as possible:
- Use your pen of choice – can be a ball pen, fountain pen, gel pen – no problem.
- Be in a calm mind and sit in a comfortable position while writing. Best if you can write in the morning after waking up or if writing during the day, you can do some breathwork or meditation to relax before writing.
- Pick an UNLINED A4 Blank paper (e.g., xerox paper) and just go with the flow & write whatever comes to mind. It can be your daily routine, or your plans for the coming week or coming year or anything else. Do not copy any text from books, newspapers etc. End your writing with your official signature, name in capital letters & date.
