Emotional Healing Session

Hi, I am Abhinav Gulechha & I can help you with healing your emotional issues in this one-to-one online session. I use a mix of various modalities like Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, Breathwork, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Handwriting Analysis etc. to help you heal in the best way in the session & also teach you some easy self-help techniques that you can use between our sessions to speed up your healing.

Technical Pre-Requisites for the session – Laptop with clear video & audio, strong wifi connection

Once you make the payment in the above link, you will be re-directed to Calendly where you can book the available slot for the session. Once you book the slot, you & I both will receive an email notification along with a Zoom Meeting Link for the session. At the time of the session, you need to join session using the Zoom link.

Pre-session Guidelines

  1. Choose a quiet location where you can remain undisturbed for the next 1 hour
  2. Take care of your ecology & safety during the session. Do not plan the session when you need to be focussed or concentrated on something else or have something lined up just after the session as that can distract you from going within for the change work that is needed.
  3. Preferably join via laptop. Double-check your video, audio & wifi prior to the session. Ensure that the battery is sufficiently charged.
  4. Stay hydrated. Drink some water prior to the session. Have a glass of water & some tissues/napkin handy.
  5. Kindly have half an hour of buffer time after the session is over to relax & settle down. Ensure that you don’t have any pre-scheduled meetings/appointments during that buffer time.
  6. Healing takes place in many different ways and becomes evident as per its own time. So, trust your unconscious mind & stay open. Maintain a daily journal after the session to build awareness of the positive changes you will start experiencing after the session.
  7. Simple issues get resolved in one session itself, whereas complex issues may take multiple sessions. My endeavour always is to resolve the issue in one session itself. However, it is not possible for me to promise any specific results from the session or predict at the start how many sessions it will take for a complete resolution. I will never force you to book a repeat session with me & it will entirely be your choice.
  8. As healing happens during the session, it is normal to feel a bit dizzy after the session. No reason to worry. Drink some water & have light refreshment after the session. Later in the day, you can also spend some time in nature.
  9. OPTIONAL – You can send me a handwriting sample on the morning of our session to allow me to get a sense of your unconscious patterns for our session. Refer instructions below.

Instructions for Writing Sample
You may send the handwriting in below format as much as possible:

  1. Use your pen of choice – can be a ball pen, fountain pen, gel pen – no problem.
  2. Be in a calm mind and sit in a comfortable position while writing. Best if you can write in the morning after waking up or if writing during the day, you can do some breathwork or meditation to relax yourself before writing.
  3. Pick an UNLINED A4 Blank paper (e.g., xerox paper) and just go with the flow & write whatever comes to mind. It can be your daily routine, or your plans for the coming week or coming year or anything else. Do not copy any text from books, newspaper etc. End your writing with your official signature, name in capital letters & date.

Agenda of the Session

  1. First, we will check the logistics (audio/video/network).
  2. Then we will do a brief discussion on the issue you’re facing. I will also get you to do some tapping to clear stuck energy from your system related to the problem.
  3. Then I will explore other resolution modalities like mindfulness, NLP, Mindscaping as found useful in the particular case.
  4. Towards the end, I will also give you some tips on changes that you can bring in your daily routine for better healing.

Session is not advised in case of severe mental disorders or trauma cases. If you are under treatment for any health condition, you are responsible to consult & get a go-ahead with your doctor prior to enrolling for this session. Do not alter/stop your medicines without consulting your doctor. You agree to take full responsibility for the outcome of the session & following the techniques taught in the session & are doing this session at your risk & liability. You agree to NOT hold Lighthouse Souls or any of the staff responsible for any loss, directly or indirectly caused to you as a result of signing up for the session. No Recording will be provided of the session. Results can differ from person to person & we cannot provide any guarantee of any specific results from the session. The fee once paid is non-refundable. A penalty of INR 500/- for a) no-show cases or b) re-schedule request received less than 24 hours from the start time of the session
